About us

Rowayton Associates Limited has in excess of fifteen years working in international business development, operating in the UK, European and North American markets. We have worked with both public and private sector organisations in their roles to attract investment. Organisations supported include  the UK regional development agencies, and UK Trade and Investment.

We have worked with clients from all sectors, ranging in scope from start-up to blue-chip.  Business applications have involved many different types of operations including: sales & marketing, research & development, software development, data centres, shared service centres and contact centres.

Through our extensive experience, we have a comprehensive knowledge of the issues associated with international business expansion and the challenges that these can present. We can offer more than simple advice however - we have practical experience gained through working with investors across many sectors, and as a result we are able to deliver services to benefit both companies and economic development agencies alike.

With a background in the UK ICT industry, we have a particular expertise in communications-based businesses, and have supported many contact centre operators both from overseas and companies operating within the UK. As such we have particular expertise in all aspects of the contact centre industry, from initial location-search through initial set up (design, technology & HR). We are also able to carry out operational review activity to help our clients maximise the benefits from an established contact centre operation.
